- How do I contact support?
- Email support@firstgenfinance.com and a real person will reply, usually within two business days. Include the email on your account if your question involves saved data or billing.
- How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
- Subscriptions started on the web are managed at Settings → Subscription after signing in. Subscriptions started inside the iOS app are managed through your Apple ID subscription settings on your device.
- How do I delete my account?
- You can delete your account from Profile or Privacy settings in the app or on the web. Deletion removes your account and saved data. This cannot be undone.
- Is my financial data shared or sold?
- No. Your calculations, preferences, and private wins stay yours. The product is designed around private progress, and the privacy policy describes exactly what is collected and why.
- Do I need an account to use the tools?
- No. Lessons and calculators work without an account. An account exists to save progress, private wins, and calculations when that helps you.
- Where do the numbers in lessons and tools come from?
- Year-sensitive financial facts are labeled by tax year, plan year, or calendar year, and reviewed when those values change. Tools explain what changed and what to check next rather than just printing a number.
- Is this financial advice?
